We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a proof of purchase.
NOTE: please make sure there is no cologne, lint, stains or other defects on your exchanges item otherwise these will not be accepted.

Exchanges must be posted back to the provided address within 3 business days.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Missing parcels

Your parcel is tracked by the courier company, once your order is packed you will be sent an order confirmation message with tracking details.

If the courier company has attempted delivery or held the parcel as they were unable to deliver your package, you will need to contact them to locate your parcel. It is the customers responsibility to track the item and check for this information. 

We need to be notified if it is over a month since your order has been dispatched and you still haven't received your parcel, we will then proceed to follow up on your missing parcel.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective with photo’s of the damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds & Store Credits

Due to being a small business it can be difficult to give refunds.

Due to our fully detailed size guide & "shipping & returns" tab below our description we hope to make you fully aware of garment sizes & returns policy before your purchase.

We strive to give the best quality garments and shipping to your satisfaction.

We hope you are pleased with your purchase.

There will unfortunately be a no refunds policy unless you have received the garment in a damaged condition.

Store credit is not available on our store. 

Please be aware that before each garment is packed & sent, it has been scanned & confirmed to be in quality condition.

Returns for refund and store credit’s are not available for any item purchased during a promotional or any other period, this includes sales, discount & promotional codes etc.
